This filter is designed to fit and perform in your Lennox HVAC unit.

Our Lennox filter features a great balance of high dust arrestance and low air resistance. This heavy duty filter has some unique features. The premium quality extruded aluminum, gold anodized frame has a durable and attractive finish. The frame is made from 4 individual sections that are screwed together, not riveted like most filters. This frame is ideal for larger filters since is resists flexing. This filter is used in many homes across the country but is heavy-duty enough to be used in commercial or industrial applications. The media in the Lennox filter is comprised of 2 layers of woven polypropylene surrounding 1 layer of self-charging polyester. The layers work together to create a natural electrostatic charge as air passes through them. This charge captures and holds dust and allergens until it is cleaned. You will not be disappointed in the quality and performance of the Lennox filter.

Are permanent filters too restrictive?

Some early permanent filters were very restrictive and gave the product a bad reputation in some cases. Some HVAC contractors still tell their customers that all permanent filters are bad.

However, not all permanent filters are created equal. Like any type of filter, there is a balance between dust arrestance and air resistance. Our filters have very low air resistance.

Even our most restrictive filters are no more so than a good pleated disposable filter.

How long will your filters last?

With proper maintenance, you can expect your permanent filter to last at least as long as your HVAC unit. Some of our customers have been using their filters for over 15 years and counting.

Do your filters require electricity?

No. All of our filters are electrostatic. They have special polypropylene media layers that build a natural static charge as air passes through the filter. The charge is broken and the dust is released when the filter is cleaned.
