The premium quality extruded aluminum, gold anodized frame has a durable and attractive finish. The frame is made from 4 individual sections that are screwed together, not riveted like most filters. This frame is ideal for larger filters since is resists flexing. This filter is used in many homes across the country but is heavy-duty enough to be used in commercial or industrial applications. The media in the GOLD filter is comprised of 2 layers of woven polypropylene surrounding 1 layer of self-charging polyester. The layers work together to create a natural electrostatic charge as air passes through them. This charge captures and holds dust and allergens until it is cleaned. You will not be disappointed in the quality and performance of the GOLD filter.
