Quality is excellent, and dimensions are exactly what I ordered. Delivery was between 2-3 weeks. Original filter was a "16x25x3" Trion Air Bear, Merv 8. Actual dimensions were 15.75x24.25x3. I ordered the custom silver 2" thick, in 15.75x24.25. Filter fits as it should at this dimension. The original filters have foam tape to take up air gaps, and seal off the sides. I removed the foam tape from an old original, and used shoe glue to attach it to one side of the new custom filter. Works great, and sealed up the 1/8" gap. If your filter has foam tape, I would highly recommend taking the measurement of your filter housing, and not an old filter. Very happy with my purchase though.
