MaxMERV9 - CUSTOM SIZE

The filter is working correctly, but the delivery driver through the box over my fence on the concrete not sure if that when it was damaged.
Bought 2 filters 1 was bent I bent it back and is working ( not worth the hassle of trying to return it) does not look good but inside the AC no one will see it. The packing should have some air rap or extra cardboard to protect the filters, it was just placed in a box and shipped. Also the aluminum frame is very thin and bends by hand.

I received my MaxMERV9 Filter on 03-23-2024. The filter was damaged and I contacted Scott in sales. Scott said they would send out a replacement. I received the replacement filter on 04-02-2024. The replacement filter was also damaged much more than the first. I sent a e-mail to Scott with photos on 04-02-2024 and have not heard back. I have not been able to use the filter yet so I can not provide an review. I expect to hear from Scott soon. He has been very good at responding to my e-mails. It appears that the problem is with the shipping company.

Standard size filters never fit properly and would end up bending within a few weeks. Max Merv9 fits perfectly and remains stable1

The MERV 9 is the only filter that does not pass all the dust and dirt there is in the air on a daily basis in Arizona, and it has about the same airflow resistance as a MERV 8.

Awesome product, very sturdy, and filters well.
