Customer service is superior. First filter arrived damaged, but was quickly replaced. Seems to be well made. Won’t know about performance until it get dirty.

I responded with a plea for some help, as I ordered the wrong size and wondered if you could exchange 19x15 filters for 18x15 filters.

Our permanent filter on our furnace was about 12 years old and when you washed it, there was still dirt in it. We wanted to replace it but no one in our small town carried this custom size. I went on the internet and found, Never Buy Another Filter. My husband was leery but very pleased!
