Custom size was exactly what I ordered, maintenance is easy, and hopefully it will last for a long time. Took almost a month to get it but that's to be expected with a custom size.

I have purchased multiple brands of reusable filters and maintain them on a regular basis. The filtration material seems to be very good, possibly the best I've seen on these platinum filters. The frame and wire supporting mesh are thinner, more flexible and less durable than is suitable for a filter than will have to be cleaned many times.

I have 9 HVAC units on a commercial building and replacing conventional filters has been unbearably expensive. I ordered Platinum 1" and 2" filters in custom sizes to fit all 9 units. The filters are very well made and look like they're built to last. They slid right into the units perfectly. I'm hoping this investment will save me money over time. Thank you!

Slow to ship but worth the wait!

I bought this filter to replace my other electrostatic filter which was getting old and I wasn't sure if it was still effective, this filter looks great and seems of good quality but when I installed sometimes when the ac kicks on the filter creates metal to metal noise with the return because the return isn't a normal return and was built custom but I think foam or weatherstripping can fix that
