Well it is the size that I asked for, do you appreciate everything you did.
It's not exactly what I thought it was, I thought it was going to have hard borders so I'm not too sure whether I can use it or not.
It appears to be solid and well made. It also fits well.
The filter fit like a dream in my new Lennox Air Handler.
I hope it lasts many years with care. It looks of very good quality and well made. My air in my condo is just amazing, fresh and clean feeling.
Had good experience with this company’s lesser level filters in another home in 2013. This new filter definitely reduces dust and the air-handler is much quieter. Highly recommended. Would purchase again.

I bought two of the filters for my home (a 20x30 for upstairs and a 14x14 for downstairs).These are really high quality filters. I like the fact they have pull tabs for easy removal and cleaning. Had a bit of a snafu on getting my second of the two filters due to a temporary factory issue but Scott stayed on top of it and gave me status updates up until it shipped and then provided me with the date tracking # when it did ship.
When I compared the price for disposable filters vs washable renewable filters it’s was a no brainer to buy a reusable filter. Neverbuy another filter came through for me.

I bought this filter to replace my other electrostatic filter which was getting old and I wasn't sure if it was still effective, this filter looks great and seems of good quality but when I installed sometimes when the ac kicks on the filter creates metal to metal noise with the return because the return isn't a normal return and was built custom but I think foam or weatherstripping can fix that
I purchased one custom filter which has been great so I purchased another so when I clean one I just put the filter in.

Decent quality. Fit was great. Time will tell, but, first impressions are that they will be a better option than buying throw away filters. I'd recommend them.
So far, so good. The duct cleaning guy who installed it for me was very complimentary of it.
