Best money ever spent!

I purchased 2 merv 13 washable filters for our hvac. I chose to have the whole house vent system cleaned and sanitized before we installed the new filter. It took about 2-3 days for the filter to get magnetized. The difference was amazing. We have wall to wall carpet and there is NO ODOR whatsoever anywhere in the house; including the basement. When I vacuum the carpet, the debris that is picked up has decreased by at least 50%. Mom used to have coughing spells at night. She hasn't experienced any since we installed the new filter. The annoying white dust is no longer a problem and the basement is clean and fresh; no musty odors. When cooking food especially fish and fried food , the odors disappear as soon as the blower starts. I have not had to use air freshener since installing the filter. It has been about 6 weeks and we will be swapping out the installed filter with its replacement to clean the one currently installed. I waited until I started to see very low almost barely noticeable white dust in my bathroom to know it was time to change the filter. Super pleased with this purchase. Not only have we saved money on disposable filters but we have saved a couple thousand dollars no longer needing to install a hepa filter on our hvac system. This filter has become our house standard. We are customers for life with this brand.
